Sweet potato is an important part of many different dishes these days. The special thing about the sweet potato is that it is very versatile. It is suitable for cooking, baking, steaming, putting in the airfryer, frying and preparing in the oven. The sweet taste of the potatoes is preserved in all applications. Ingredients:
- similar sized sweet potatoes
- salty
- black pepper
- olive oil
- optional toppings: butter , cinnamon, garlic sauce
How are you?
Step 1: Start by preheating the oven. You do this at 220 degrees. After preheating, place the sweet potatoes on a baking paper in the oven. Prick the potatoes several times with a fork and then drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 2: now leave them in the oven for about 45/50 minutes. Check how they look several times in between and prick them with a fork. When you notice that you no longer feel any resistance on your fork, you can assume that they are ready.
Step 3: then take them out of the oven, let them cool down a bit and cut them open with a knife. You can now add salt & black pepper and any toppings.
