  • How long will it take to receive my order?

Netherlands & Belgium: If you place an order before 16:00 on a business day, it will be delivered the next day
United States: 2/3 days
Germany: 2/3 days

  • How are the products shipped?

Orders of 1 to 2 bags are always sent in a letterbox package. This means you don't have to stay at home for it. Orders of 3+ bags are often shipped as a regular packages. All orders within the Netherlands are shipped with PostNL. Other orders are shipped with DHL, DPD, UPS or FedEx.

  • Can I track my order?

As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail, so that you can track your package.

  • Do the products contain allergens?

Our products do not contain allergens.

  • Are the powders suitable for children?

Absolutely! The powders consist of natural ingredients only, making them safe for children. Children often like it very much. For example, bright blue Smurf ice cream (coloured with Blue Spirulina) is very popular with children.

  • Are there added sugars in your products?

All of our powders contain only one ingredient, so we don't add any sugar or other additives. 

  • Why do the products contain so many carbohydrates and calories?

The fact that the product contains relatively many carbohydrates and kilocalories is because the powder is freeze-dried. As a result, all the water has been removed from the product, to process the product into powder and to give it a long shelf life. Because normal products per 100 grams consist for a large part of water, this product contains relatively many carbohydrates and kilocalories. The serving size of the product is only a teaspoon, this comes out to only 2 grams, so that you only get 2.12 grams of carbohydrates and only 11.35 kilocalories per serving of Pink Pitaya powder.

  • What is the best way to store the product?

Pink Pitaya powder should be kept in the refrigerator. Otherwise, the powder may dry out. Keeping it in the fridge prevents this. The other powders can be stored in the cool, dry place. For example, in a kitchen cupboard.

  • What is the shelf life?

When you receive your order, the powder has a shelf life of at least 12 months. Isn't this the case? Then we will send a new bag free of charge.

  • How much do I need to colour something?

The serving size is one teaspoon. That means that your food or drink will get a nice color if you use at least this amount.

  • My Pink Pitaya powder dried out, what can I do?

We chose not to add any other ingredients to our products. Our food colouring powders consist for 100% of natural ingredients and don't contain any stabilizers or other artificial ingredients. For this reason, we have to deal with the natural characteristics of the products. Dragon Fruit has the natural characteristic that it can drie out sometimes. 

When this happens, in some cases you can fix it by crushing it with a mortar. If this does not work, you can grate the Pitaya. Then it will become powder again and you can perfectly use it. 

If this also doesn't work, we'll gladly send you a new bag. We will check it before shipping, so we are certain this bag didn't dry out.

  • Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied?

Certainly! We find it very important that everyone is satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied, you will receive the full order amount (including shipping costs) and you can just keep your order!
